Aemilia Frank brings a genuine, people-centered approach to Inflection Wealth Management, shaped by a lifetime of hard work, leadership, service, and meaningful relationships.

Raised on a multigenerational family farm in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Aemilia learned the value of responsibility, commitment, patience, and follow-through. As a multisport athlete and youth coach, she developed a lasting appreciation for teamwork, perseverance, and mentorship.

Aemilia began her career as a nationally certified medical assistant, where she built strong skills in organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and personalized care. In August 2014, she relocated to Washington State, where she and her husband built their life and raised their two children.

After ten years as a stay-at-home mother, Aemilia started a new professional chapter with Inflection Wealth Management in 2026. Her experiences in healthcare, coaching, motherhood, and community have shaped a people-first approach grounded in empathy, reliability, and genuine connection.

She believes every person has a unique story, priorities, and vision for the future, and strives to create relationships where people feel heard, respected, and supported.
