I am lifelong resident of Snohomish County, growing up in Everett and graduating from Cascade High School. I spent 4 wonderful years obtaining my BA with a focus in marketing at Western Washington University, before officially becoming a ‘boomerang kid’ and coming home and start my career at The Boeing Company. Along that professional journey, I carved out time to go back to school and earn an MBA from Seattle Pacific University with a focus on Human Resource Management. In 2020, I welcomed my own inflection point as I transitioned into the role of Chief Operating Officer at Inflection Wealth Management. I strive to drive efficiencies within my workplace and deliver unparalleled service and experiences. I aim to craft strategic goals which emphasize human capital and innovative improvements. In my personal life, I devote free time to officiating high school football within Snohomish County. I love working with the youth and helping to instill values into future leaders. I help to run a nonprofit organization which awards scholarships for continued education to High School athletes who give back and contribute to a healthy society. I also proudly serve as a board member of Leadership Snohomish County, helping to connect and grow community leaders. I enjoy spending time contributing to a family business, Shawn O’Donnell’s American Grill and Irish Pub. I value the diverse perspective and learnings between personal and professional business. I am an avid golfer, adventurous snowmobiler, and ever-aspiring musician. But the driving force behind all I do is my beautiful wife, Sophie, and our wonderful son, JJ (5), angelic daughter, Lillian (2), and baby Marie, born September 11, 2021! My efforts are focused on scripting out this epic journey of life with, and for, them.
